The Company intends to rely upon these Terms. If you want to change them, please make sure you ask for any changes to be put in writing. This is to avoid any misunderstandings as to what we and you are expected to do. It is important that you read and understand these Terms before ordering from us. If there is any term that you do not understand please notify our Customer Service Department before ordering from us.
Legal Age To Buy
By purchasing products from SecreToys you declare that you are 18 years of age or above or have the legal right to possess adult products in your area or community. If it is discovered that you are not of the legal age to purchase from the website, SecreToys is not obliged to accept your order.
Orders made through bondara.co.uk are subject to acceptance and availability. SecreToys may choose at any time to cancel your order.
No contract will officially exist between yourself and SecreToys until your parcel has been dispatched. The details on our website are not offers that you can accept.

It is your responsibility to verify that your email address supplied is in proper working order and must assume the risk of all consequences for transmission or operational failures.

Our site allows you to opt out of receiving communications from us when we request your information. Also if you want to opt out at a later point, you can do so by unsubscribing from any mailings.

Larger or heavier deliveries may require a signature to confirm receipt. If a signature cannot be obtained the carrier may ask a neighbour to sign for your delivery. Deliveries that require a signature will not be left if one cannot be obtained. If the the postal courier leaves the delivery with a neighbour or at your local post office they will leave a ‘while you were out’ card telling you when and where you can collect it from or how to rearrange delivery.
Royal Mail (or the Courier Service) will hold your parcel for 7 days and if it is not collected or delivered it will be sent back to us.
If you would like us to re send your order we will regrettably have to charge you. If you would like to cancel your order we will refund you less the shipping costs.
We will try to deliver the goods within 30 days. Usually items will be delivered sooner. If we are not able to do so, then we will inform you and you may, if you wish, cancel the contract and we will fully reimburse you.
We are not liable for missing/lost parcels if an incorrect/incomplete delivery address has been provided.
International Card Holders: If you have a non-UK issued payment card, the exact amount you will be charged depends on the exchange rate offered by your bank at the time of ordering.
Returns & Refund Policy
You can return any item back to us up to 30 days after you have purchased. It is easy to do so by emailing to us at firstname.lastname@example.org

– Description of item returning, enter product code
– Providing your bank details for refund amount, for us to refund you directly in the event of a return or we will then replace the item if you wish to switch it.
